Let me show you all the tips and tricks to making these delicious little treats. Come to my kitchen in Chichester, or let me come to you, to learn at your own pace with my undivided attention.
Over the course of the day, you will learn how to:

- Make Meringue Buttercream
- Perfect your piping skills for macarons
- Make macarons using the Italian meringue method
- Best tips and techniques for storage and shelf life
You will go home with:
Macarons in 2 colours, filled with up to 4 flavours of filling.

All ingredients and equipment, including transport boxes for your macarons are provided, you do not need to bring anything with you.
