This may well be the strangest Father's Day yet. Many of us won't be able to see our families, and although things are starting to go back to "normal" I know that there are a lot of heavy hearts.
However, not all C-19 news has been awful: Chichester has really come together to support small greengrocers and other small businesses, and the lovely ladies at Chichester@Home have been working really hard to offer access and support for small businesses. It is therefore with great pride that we have partnered with Chichester@Home to contribute to their Father's Day collection.
We are offering boxes of 6 cupcakes with hand painted toppers, in a variety of flavours. These can be ordered directly through us, or through Chichester@Home, for free delivery within Chichester. So even if you can't spend time with your loved ones this Sunday, you can send them a delicious treat and note to make them feel special.
These cupcakes come in:
Chocolate
Vanilla
Lemon
Strawberry
Coffee
Vegan chocoolate
so there is bound to be something on that list that Dad will adore.
They will be decorated with hand-piped buttercream roses, because the rose is the symbolic flower for Father's Day (who knew!) and white roses are for dads who are missing or away. We thought it was symbolic of the current situation, and hope it is a thoughtful addition to your sweet treat.
