Cakes in Bloom is a small wedding cake business, relocated to Chichester in 2018.
Giulia is the head caker. She is professionally and classically French trained, to ensure your macaron wedding favours are that much more authentic. She has trained with some of the best Pastry Chefs in the world, including recent Bake Off:The Professionals runner-up Leyre Pedrazuela and Callebaut ambassador Nina Tarassova, and sugar flower extraordinaire Maggie Austin. Her focus is making sure your cake not only looks spectacular, but tastes it.
