When Kate from the Chichester Harbour Hotel and Spa told me that the hotel was rebranding as The Ship and having a grand opening, I knew I had to make a special cake for a venue that has always been so kind to me.
We went with a simple sea theme, to complement the rustic wood and blue of their decor. But we couldn't stop there... so we made it vegan! Our first totally vegan design for 2020: chocolate sponge with white chocolate buttercream.
We can't wait to be at the Chichester Harbour Hotel with many special celebrations and open days over this year and many more, and look forward to working with Kate and the events team again soon!
